THURSDAY, JANUARY 11, 2007 MEETING MINUTES

* The meeting convened at 7:05 p.m.

New Business

A.   Awards Banquet

            Invitations

            Need to send out a few Misc. ones.

            Programs – made corrections, will be ready for next board meeting for review

            Trophy’s – Ray and Scott will pick up before the next meeting.

      Ray asked Gerald and Mike to say a few things at the Awards Banquet – Mike

      will handle (7 inductee’s including his Dad, Ray will take care of the others,

      Gerald will speak on the 2006 tournament) 

B.  Field Permits – we discussed which days to get rid of and others we needed.  We

            have a game schedule as along as all the dates are ok with St. Louis County. 

C.  We discussed BBQ – limit it to two a month to help with the out of control BBQ

            we had last year. 

D.  Scott Lane and Paul Thomas will be responsible for the beer this year. 

E.  We spent $2,215.00 on this years X-mas party, it came out to be if every member

            would have shown up it would have cost every member $55 a piece.
