THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2006 MEETING MINUTES

* The meeting convened at 7:15 p.m. 

Present:   Ray Timmons

New Business

A.   Discussed menu for x-mas party we will have Chili, turkey, pork, ham, grillers,

            and shrimp.

B.  Discussed membership (39 members

C.  Get $20 gift certificate from Diebergs or Schunkz instead of actual turkey.

D.  Awards Dinner – discussed menu – we will have beef from carver, chicken

            Parmigianino, fettuccine, potatoes, and vegetables.

E.  We have the following nominations (Mike Vogt, Treasurer, Sean Peters, Jason

            Hanneken, Mark Connely and Scott Lane – we only have four openings.)

F.  We discussed Programs and invitations for 50th anniversary, Gerald will do a

            rough draft and show Mike and Ray at a meeting that will be scheduled later.
